  • This is a transformation program that involves the entire plant not just a few engineers. To participate, the plant manager must be fully engaged and committed to the program.

  • We have been running this program for 18 months and have trained 1600 people in our 6h Awareness module, and over 400 engineers have gone through the 27h Core Skills training followed by a mandatory Learn-by-Doing project selected by the plant. The results have been outstanding.

  • This program is a clear demonstration that corporate learning needs to transition from just providing training to being a catalyst for transformation in the business.
